I was diagnosed as bipolar in 2001. I struggled to get a grip on it for about 7 years. I have conceded to the fact that for me it is a chemical imbalance so medication is 90% of the cure. The other ten percent is a lifestyle change. I Live in a nice but older appartment. I have no pets. I don't drive

I am a university graduate in the field of communications. I am a spriritual person and align myself with the agnostic belief system. I believe in a hgher power. I come from a good family. And have a good support system around me.

The reason I'm trying out this site is because I think it takes on to know one, especially when you are done figuring out the disorder yourself. I'm also lonely. I've tended to withdraw from a world that doesn't understand me.
